The relevant person in charge of the China Textile Industry Federation said that the horizontal win-win of the supply chain refers to the realization of the structural optimization and functional expansion of the supply chain through the division of labor and cooperation and organic coordination with stakeholder enterprises. Enterprises in the textile and garment supply chain should focus on the complementary advantages and mutual support of R & D, design, production, trade, circulation, information, testing and other links, and realize mutual benefit through division of labor, intensive cost, standard coordination and value sharing.
