Among them, the "Special Weaving Technology and Equipment and Industrialization" project jointly developed by Donghua University and Xuzhou Henghui Weaving Machinery Co., Ltd. and the DYECOWIN high-temperature dyeing machine developed by Lixin Dyeing and Finishing Machinery Co., Ltd. have reached the international leading level. The other 15 achievements have reached the international advanced level, and one achievement is the domestic leading level.
 
In 2017, the "Light of Textile" Science and Technology Award of China Textile Industry Federation has undergone preliminary evaluation (online evaluation), re-evaluation and publicity, and the final result will be released soon. It is suggested that 4 textile machinery projects will win the first prize, 9 projects will win the second prize, and 10 projects will win the third prize. Digital technology and numerical control equipment became the big winners of the awards, and new weaving technologies such as multi-layer three-dimensional fabric weaving equipment were the highlights of the awards. In addition, the list of winners of the 2017 Hong Kong Sang Ma Textile Science and Technology Award was announced, and Han Aiguo, senior engineer of the product development department of Zhengzhou Textile Machinery Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., won the first prize for the "GA313 Wide and High Efficiency Sizing Machine" project. This year, the China Textile Machinery Association recommended a number of basic key technical projects of textile machinery under development to the "Light of Textile" Science and Technology Education Foundation. After screening, the "digital winding system without slot drum for winding machine" and "preparation technology of wear-resistant coating for clothing" were included in the scope of funding by the Foundation this year. The "digital winding system without slot drum for winding machine" was developed by Beijing Jingwei Textile Machinery New Technology Co., Ltd. and Fudan University, the winder with digital winding technology can produce high-quality yarn reels with uniform density and good unwinding characteristics. "Preparation Technology of Wear-resistant Coating for Needle Cloth" was developed by Jinlun Needle Cloth (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. and Xi 'an Jiaotong University. Advanced graphite-like coating technology with wear resistance and friction reduction is adopted, which can effectively improve the service life of needle cloth.
